Duran became the latest high-profile signing for the Riyadh-based club, sealing a move from Aston Villa in a €77 million (£65m/$80m) transfer deal. His debut could not have gone much better, as he found the back of the net twice, while Ronaldo also marked the occasion with his first goal since turning 40 as Al-Nassr cruised to a 3-0 victory at Al-Awwal Park in Riyadh on Friday night against Al-Feiha.

“It feels like I’m playing FIFA Career Mode. I’m celebrating goals with Cristiano Ronaldo,” Duran said, still in awe of the surreal experience.
